You work closely with engineers and project teams, guide junior colleagues, and ensure that every detail is technically sound. What starts as a concept becomes engineered reality.

How you’ll make a difference

You play a key role in shaping engineering solutions that will be realised in practice. From early design phases through to delivery, your work ensures that concepts are translated into accurate and feasible designs.

Working closely with engineers and project teams, you contribute to technically complex maritime projects. You also support and guide junior engineers, helping to maintain quality and consistency across the team.

Key tasks:

Developing detailed CAD models and technical drawings

Translating complex engineering concepts into practical designs

Supporting and guiding junior engineers

Preparing technical documentation, including drawings and 3D models

Contributing to projects from concept to delivery

What you bring
to the team

You are an experienced CAD Engineer who enjoys working on complex technical challenges and takes ownership of your work. You combine technical precision with a practical mindset and are comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Part of your skillset is:

A degree in Maritime Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in the maritime or offshore industry

Strong experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD or Inventor

A structured and detail-oriented way of working

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

A proactive mindset and a sense of responsibility
