What sets sail from your design?
At Saltwater, great naval engineering begins with understanding what lies below the surface. As a Junior Naval Architect, you contribute to the development of vessel designs for complex maritime projects. You work alongside experienced engineers and learn how technical requirements are translated into practical and reliable designs that perform at sea.
How you’ll make a difference
You support the development of vessel designs and contribute to the technical foundation of maritime engineering projects. Working closely with experienced engineers, you gain hands-on experience with calculations, analyses and design work.
You are involved in projects from an early stage and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows. This allows you to develop both your technical skills and your understanding of how engineering projects are realized in practice.
