HomeVacanciesInternshipGraduation Internship

What to expect?

During your graduation internship at Saltwater, you’ll work on a substantive challenge directly linked to our projects. You’ll dive deep into the subject and contribute to solutions that are actually put into practice.

You’ll be part of the team, while also having the space to work independently on your research or design. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with specialists from different disciplines and be challenged to think critically and go beyond theory.

Our culture is open, content-driven, and results-oriented. We work with short lines of communication and expect you to actively contribute ideas. You’ll be given trust and responsibility along with the opportunity to truly prove yourself.

What do we expect from you?

A graduation internship requires a proactive and independent mindset.

We’re looking for someone who:

takes ownership of their graduation project.

has strong analytical skills and works in a structured way.

shows initiative and actively seeks collaboration.

strives for depth and thinks beyond standard solutions.

You’ll have the space to learn, but we also expect you to take that space.

Growing into your first job

For many students, this marks the transition from study to professional work. During your graduation internship, you’ll experience what it’s like to operate as a professional within a technical environment.

You’ll not only build in-depth knowledge, but also demonstrate what you’re capable of. If it’s a good match on both sides, we’re happy to explore opportunities for you to stay with Saltwater after graduation.
