As a Project Engineer, I lead projects and act as the link between client and team. The combination of responsibility, collaboration, and technical challenges brings variety to my work. Within an open culture, I have the space to develop myself and make a real impact on projects.
After starting as an intern at Saltwater, I have gradually developed myself within the company. Today, I work as a Project Engineer, where I am responsible for leading projects and acting as the main point of contact for both clients and the project team.
In my role, I ensure that projects run smoothly, from initial client alignment to final delivery. I manage progress, coordinate with colleagues, and make sure everyone is working towards the same goal. This combination of engineering, responsibility, and collaboration makes my work both challenging and varied.
What makes my work particularly engaging is the constant challenge of solving complex problems. That challenge keeps me motivated and drives my development.
What stands out to me about working at Saltwater is the open and informal culture. Communication is direct, collaboration is natural, and it’s easy to connect with colleagues. You feel that you truly contribute and are not just a number.
At Saltwater, I am given the space to take responsibility and continue developing, both technically and within my role in projects.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water or riding my motorcycle when the weather is nice.
