As a Marine Engineer, I work on complex marine engineering challenges where precision is key. Within Saltwater’s close-knit team, diverse projects and direct collaboration create a dynamic environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
In my role as Marine Engineer, I mainly focus on the marine engineering side, working on stability calculations and predicting forces and accelerations during specific operations.
My work requires both technical depth and precision. This combination is what makes it interesting: you work on complex challenges where accuracy is essential, while continuously learning along the way.
What makes working at Saltwater stand out to me is the enthusiastic team. We work on a wide range of projects, which brings a lot of variety. Collaboration is direct and accessible, making it easy to connect with colleagues and move quickly within projects.

In my free time, I enjoy activities such as sailing, reading, climbing, and traveling.
