As co-founder and CEO, I am responsible for Saltwater’s daily operations and growth. Together with the team, we work on challenging maritime projects and build strong client relationships. The combination of ambition, collaboration, and continuous development makes the work both meaningful and forward-looking.
As a co-founder, I was there at the very beginning of Saltwater Engineering. In my role as CEO, I am responsible for the daily operations and the continued development of the company. Over the years, we have built strong relationships with our clients and continued to grow as an organization.
What motivates me is building a team that works together on a wide range of challenging maritime projects. This collaboration forms the foundation for sustainable solutions and long-term client relationships.
What makes Saltwater stand out to me is the combination of ambition and teamwork. We continuously look for ways to grow and improve as an organization.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active through running and CrossFit.
I look forward to continuing to build the future of Saltwater together.
